Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please read this policy carefully before placing your online order.

Most products purchased on www.shopdustys.com (“Site”) can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase. After seven (7) days, you will only be able to exchange products purchased online. Only unopened packages will be eligible for return or exchange.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE, PROMOTIONAL, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, USED, OR APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN OPENED OR USED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOUR PACKAGING SHOWS SIGNS OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM AS IT WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

You may also login into your Account and complete this request online. If you have any questions about returning an item, or do not have an Account and would like to request a return, please reach out to our customer service department via the Contact Us page on our Site. A customer service representative will be able to address the situation and work with you on a solution. Please allow at least two (2) weeks for us to receive and process your return.

If approved for a refund we will email you a free return label to return the merchandise to us. You will be refunded your purchase price on your original payment method upon our receipt of and confirmation that the merchandise, at our sole discretion, is intact, unopened, and unused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

In the event your item is defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your item free of charge as long as the following is met:

  • You have submitted a claim with our customer representatives or through your Account within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase, and
  • You have mailed back to us the defective item, via the free return label we sent you. 

After we have received the defective item, and upon our confirmation of the defect, we will send you a new replacement item free of charge. Please note we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be in the same color, and if the product has been discontinued, your replacement product may be a different but similar product by the same manufacturer.
